Solid foundation for hybrid teams, but still maturing

We've been piloting Wand AI across our finance and marketing departments for about three months now. The core concept is compelling-having AI agents handle routine workflow tasks while keeping humans in control feels like the right approach for enterprise work. What's working: The integration with our existing systems was surprisingly smooth. Our finance team cut document processing time by roughly 40% using the autonomous data cleaning features. The interface is clean enough that non-technical staff could get productive without extensive training. Where it stumbles: Performance gets sluggish when we run multiple workflows simultaneously, which defeats the purpose during our busiest cycles. We've also hit situations where the agents misinterpret context, requiring manual intervention that partially negates the time savings. Documentation could be way more comprehensive-we've had to rely heavily on support tickets. The pricing model works for us, but enterprise features feel gated behind higher tiers. If the team can tighten up the performance issues and improve the knowledge base, this could genuinely be a game-changer. Right now it's a capable tool with real potential that needs another iteration or two.
